Captain Billy
Captain Bill's passion for fishing Lake Erie started at a young age. He began fishing professionally at just 18 years old to help finance his college education. The locals just knew him as Billy, and he quickly developed a reputation for producing some of the best catches on Lake Erie and is a second generation USCG Licensed Fishing Guide. Now after more than 25 years of operating EyeHooker Sportfishing as a hobby business, he is proud to announce that he has transitioned into being available to share his fishing skills with clients full time.

Captain Blake Hitchcock
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!! Captain Blake will be starting his 3rd season piloting EyeHooker Blue. He began as a Firstmate when he was only 12 years old, got his sea service time completed early and received his USGG Merchant Mariners license just a week after his 18th birthday. Blake has invested a considerable amount of time as Firstmate and is particularly good at modifying the program when the bite gets difficult. His primary concern when he leaves the dock everyday is the safety of our customers and ensuring that everyone aboard has a positive experience while fishing with EyeHooker. Blake takes pride in his job and is always scrambling to keep things in order, providing assistance to the crew whenever needed. EyeHooker Customers agree that Blake is a big reason they return year after year!!
